Spring Rates:
$2730.00 per week each additional night $390.00 per night
	May 29 to June 18

Summer Rates:
$2920.00 per week each additional night $420.00 per night
	June 19 to September 10

Fall Rates:
$2730.00 per week each additional night $390.00 per night
	September 11 to October 2

Winter Rates:
$2520.00 per week each additional night $360.00 per night
	October 3 to December 19 January 5 to May 28
Three night special for $1225

Holiday Rates:
$3080.00 per week each additional night $440.00 per night
	December 20 to January 5

• A rental contract must be signed
  
• Until confirmed booking, rates are subject to change without notice
  
• Tax accommodations of 7% will be added to each rental amount.
  
• Security deposit of $1000.00 - will be refunded within 3 days of departure as long as the home is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
